The first Hermle Black Forest Clock did not work properly, so I sent it back to Wayfair. But today I received another Hermle Black Forest Clock. After I sent it back I bought a Burton Traditional Roman Numeral Quartz Crystal Clock as a replacement, because I thought it would be better. So now your customer service agent tells me that I would be charged for the Hermle Black Forest Clock and the Howard Miller Burton Traditional Roman Numeral Quartz Crystal Clock.

Gave as a gift and the person loved it!
