Delivery was fast. The color is exactly as pictured, and I appreciate that the materials matched the price. The construction of the piece is solid. The delivery guys were great. We elected to move it into place ourselves, so I can confirm it is heavy (which is often the case with fully assembled pieces). Installing the hardware was a bit tedious, but not aggravatingly so. Pretty bed, but the finish looks nothing like it does on the website. When it was delivered, I thought it was a completely different bed.
