One star is for delivery issues. The actual cushions are great, very well made and appear to be high quality. Delivery that was to take a week took 3 weeks and when the shipment arrived, one of the cushions was missing. Called Wayfair to get an update on the delivery delay and they could not provide a reason for delay or update on when the cushions (I ordered 4 sets) would be delivered or a discount on the order for the trouble.. The cushion may just fine, however it took almost a month for delivery with no communication or status update as to why it was taking so long. I tried to cancel as the event it was needed for had passed, but the response I received said it now shipping...hmm, suspicious timing.
