Beautiful artwork! I am pleased with the art itself however, I am disappointed that one of the frames has a small dent in it. It’s too much trouble to box it up and return it. I was able to use a gold paint pen to disguise it and hopefully no one else will notice. It is disappointing to spend so much money on something for it not to be perfect on delivery. The artist, D’Alessandro Leon, was the youngest of three brothers. When art competitions were a form of play for the brothers, it later grew to his obsession. D’Alessandro attended the Art Institute of California where he explored mixing mediums as well as digital. He also attended illustration, Sculpting and Fine Art workshops. After spending long periods of time studying different techniques, D’Alessandro’s art became increasingly influenced by artists from the early 1900’s. During D’Alessandro’s studies he painted many different themes. He painted with restless intensity, often painting from morning until night. D’Alessandro was able to indulge his earliest artistic preferences for people, nature, architecture and landscapes in his illustration and personal pieces.

Alexander Nikanpour is a contemporary visual artist living in Northern California. After graduating with a Master of Fine Arts in communications design from the HDK University in Gothenburg, Sweden, he went on to study environmental design at Parsons School of Design in New York City. Furthering his education, he graduated with a Master of Fine Arts in interior architecture and furniture design from Konstfack, University College of Arts, Crafts and Design, in Stockholm, Sweden. He has participated in many group and solo art exhibitions in New York, Sweden, Denmark, and Shanghai.

Growing up, artist Helen parker loved to paint. Her favorite childhood memory is painting with her mother. This led Helen on a path to the world of art. As a young adult, she went to art school and instantly knew she wanted to make this her life’s work. Helen received her fine arts training at laguna college of art and design and is currently based in Los Angeles, California. She is taking a break from her travels and learning to live in the city and find inspiration through her current surroundings. I love the print! It was the colors that I needed and loved. It was a little pricey for the Quality or texture of it. It seems a little flat in texture but not bad.
