After more than 15 years with our old Tempur-Pedic, it was time for a new one, and the whole experience was easy from start to finish. Ordering online was simple, and the delivery was outstanding. The team brought the mattress into our home, unwrapped it, and set it up on our bed for us. It's incredibly comfortable, just like we hoped. The only thing to mention is a pretty strong new-mattress smell at first, so plan to air out the room for a few days. Other than that, everything has been great so far. We're glad we stuck with Tempur-Pedic!. Happy Sleeper. Aurora, Colorado. Mon Oct 19 2026

Great mattress! I have chronic back pain due to scoliosis. I initially purchased a dreamcloud firm mattress and it felt too soft. Swapped it for this one and I couldn’t be happier! It has minimal bounce and doesn’t sink when you sit on the edges. Definitely worth the price and would highly recommend to anyone looking for a firm mattress.. Anonymous. Sat Aug 08 2026

For a low profile, medium firmness mattress without an innerspring, the Natural latex quilt-top mattress conforms to body contours offering support and suppleness at the same time. For an even softer feel, add the Natural 2″ pillowtop pad, and you will take comfort to the next level. The Natural latex quilt-top mattress features a medium firmness 6″ thick, all-natural GOLS latex core surrounded by all-natural layers of French wool for surface cushioning and to dissipate body heat to regulate temperature for a comfortable night’s sleep. The mattress is two-sided, so it can be flipped over to use the other side, which may increase the life of the mattress. While this mattress is great on a box spring, it is also commonly used on a platform bed, and even can work well on an adjustable bed, as its inherent flexibility contours with the bending of the adjustable bed base.

The luxurious St. James Firm "Hybrid" is a popular Williams Co. model, for its ability to relieve pressure while providing supportive spinal alignment. By utilizing a European layering technique and the highest quality raw materials, this mattress is a perfect fit for those who are looking to eliminate motion, heat, and pressure points. This mattress has a medium-firm, firmness level, and uses a support layer of individually wrapped coils, 3" of latex through the center as well as 1.5" of memory foam and 1.5" of high resiliency cold foam. With organic wool quilted into the cover to keep the body temperature regulated, the mattress is then wrapped in a soft and durable rayon from bamboo cover. The St. James plush is built to last, and is great for side, back, and stomach sleepers.

Very surprised to see the mattress send rolled up. We will not be there to open it up for several weeks.. Win. Tue Aug 18 2026

Great mattress! Firm and supportive. Definitely can tell it is well made. Anonymous. Ferndale, MI. Sat Apr 18 2026

The York mattress uses certified organic materials, and expertly layers double-tempered coils, organic latex, wool and cotton. The medium "plush" feel of this mattress, along with its carefully selected raw materials, makes this a comfortable and clean option, at a competitive price point. Supportive and gentle, good for side, back, or stomach sleepers.

I wanted to take a moment to express my sincere gratitude for the exceptional quality and comfort of the Williams and Co York 2.0 Organic mattress my wife and I recently purchased from your company. From the very first night, we noticed a remarkable improvement in our sleep, waking up each morning feeling refreshed and well-rested. The craftsmanship and attention to detail in your product truly stand out, and it’s clear that your team takes great pride in delivering excellence. Thank you for creating a mattress that has made such a positive difference in our lives. Glenn. Anonymous. Sat Aug 16 2025

Our 100% organic Kingston mattress is an excellent choice for those looking for a temperature regulating, and pressure-relieving product. Made with individually pocketed coils, and organic latex, wool, and cotton, the Kingston provides excellent support along with a contouring layer of cushion. This product has a "medium" firmness level and is great for side, back and stomach sleepers.

I was sent the wrong Mattress. I guess. It was not the Mattress in the listing. However, the customer service was great and they handled it immediately. This mattress does not have a zipper and the thickness and hardness cannot be changed like the one in the picture that was listed at the time I purchased it. It is supposed to be plush, but if you know anything about more natural mattresses usually the lush is not anywhere near as plush as the synthetic ones. However, I added a couple of natural latex toppers and now it’s very comfortable.. Erica. Sat Jan 10 2026

For those that prefer an ultra-luxury mattress without coils, the Premier Natural latex quilt-top mattress is a fantastic choice featuring our ergonomically designed 7-zone Talalay latex core surrounded by additional latex layers for extra cushioning. For even more plushness, top it off with the Premier Natural 2" pillowtop pad and take the firmness rating to a 5, our softest level of firmness within our line. At the core of the Premier Natural latex quilt-top mattress is our all-natural 7-zone Talalay latex core with extra layers of Talalay latex added for additional plushness, and encapsulated in our luxuriously soft jacquard fabric made with cotton, and quilted with chemical-free French wool to regulate body temperature for a dry sleeping environment. The all-natural Talalay latex core is mold and dust mite resistant and is cradle to cradle certified, so you can rest easy knowing that you are sleeping on a natural mattress without tons of toxins. While this mattress is great on a box spring, it is also amazing on a platform bed, and even on an adjustable bed, as its inherent flexibility contours with the bending of the adjustable bed base. The double diamond box spring supports the mattress and provides an extra layer of suspension for increased comfort. The center third of the box spring contains 50% more modules to add extra support where it’s needed the most. 5-star hotel grade wide slatted wood frame provides greater durability. Even the box spring is wrapped and padded in fabric and layers made with cotton and all-natural French wool.

The Regent Plush “Hybrid” is known for luxurious comfort and extraordinary pressure relief.
