It makes out bedroom look put together, as our wall has a lot of pink and the bed is grey. This pink comforter has a velvet grey stripe square. The secret; the inside part is white and grey stripe so it’s reversible! You can get two looks out of it. Love the texture. The pillow shams are for decorative pillows and they have pretty grey velvet bows on the corners. Overall, looks very high end. As a cover, it’s very breathable, but not the softest I’ve had. I am so terribly disappointed with this comforter set. The colors are atrocious. I do not see any taupe anywhere. Terrible pinks, reds and greens. The reverse green should never see the light of day. Pea soup green. The shams are so plain and don't have a ruffle anywhere. I've been to Scotland and did not see any heather in any of those colors.
