I was sent the wrong Mattress. I guess. It was not the Mattress in the listing. However, the customer service was great and they handled it immediately. This mattress does not have a zipper and the thickness and hardness cannot be changed like the one in the picture that was listed at the time I purchased it. It is supposed to be plush, but if you know anything about more natural mattresses usually the lush is not anywhere near as plush as the synthetic ones. However, I added a couple of natural latex toppers and now it’s very comfortable.
