I just purchased this. My mattress is an odd size, 50x72, and this full sized pad fits. So far I can say that the materials seem top quality, stitching is very good, it arrived in perfect condition. It is also waterproof as stated; I washed the pad before using it, and when I took it out of the washer I heard water sloshing around. Hold the pad quilted side down and the water will drain away :)
