The mattress is not wide, I do not believe it's a queen. Not cooling and I'm returning it.

Been waking up at 3am every night and can’t fall back asleep ever since I got this mattress because it is too hot. And when I go to bed I’m too cold because of its initial cooling features. I’m so tired and getting a different mattress as soon as possible.

We have been sleeping on this now for a month, and it refuses to soften up, still hard as a rock. If after the 90 days it doesn’t really soften up, we will be forced to get a different brand. This is our fourth Tempur-Pedic mattress. The first one was a queen 20 years ago, and it’s still better than all the rest. We just got this latest greatest hybrid and in all honesty, it’s not very comfortable. Hopefully after the 90 to 120 day break-in, it will be better.
