Was not happy with how flat this pillow was when lying my head on it. I was expecting it to have more neck support. I chose to return it.

I gave this pillow 3 stars because it's comfortable and well-made, but I don't think it's worth the premium price. I expected a noticeable improvement in comfort and support, especially for the cost, but the difference compared to much less expensive pillows wasn't significant. It does provide decent support, but it didn't relieve my neck discomfort as much as I had hoped. Overall, it's a good pillow, just not one that justifies its high price.
