Wayfair used to be amazing about returns. I wanted to return these, even for store credit, to exchange them for a queen size. They are still in original packaging. Wayfair offered no options since it was past the 30 day window. I have purchased my last item from Wayfair and will delete my account. There are more affordable options online and customer service was the only reason I continued my shopping through Wayfair. We are currently building a home and I had planned to purchase thousands of dollars in appliances, flooring, sinks, faucets, lighting and knobs via Wayfair but will now go anywhere else. They have forever lost a customer in me. Hope their refusal on a $200 exchange was worth it.
