[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been having such a great experience so far with the Serta Down Illusion Cool Quilted Pillows. The pillows came well packaged, and easy to assemble and use. Once I unwrapped the pillows from the packaging, I allowed the pillows to lay for a few minutes to rest and fluff up. These pillows are super soft and feel cool to the touch which I like. Pillow protectors along with the pillow case fit really well on top of the pillow for extra coverage and protection from dirt, oils etc. Like with any new pillow my body needed a little time to adjust to the new alignment and support the pillows provided. The first night, my neck was a little uncomfortable as it was not used to this newer, thicker support under my head. By the end of the week, I was able to comfortably lay my head into the pillow without any neck strain or discomfort. I’ve also noticed my sleep quality has improved with more support from these pillows as they have adjusted to my body and my sleeping positions. The size of the pillows are perfect. I do also love the medium/firm feel of the pillows. They give a good amount of cushion with support and it feels like you’re sleeping on a cloud. These are very durable and seem to be long lasting. I would absolutely recommend these pillows to anyone looking for a new set of pillows are of great quality and that provide support for a great nights sleep.
