This is beautiful. Velvet on one side and cotton on the other, so you have 2 different looks. I ordered white. I have a 70 lb dog who rolls around on my bed all day while I'm gone, so the coverlet gets washed weekly and sometimes twice a week. I have had it for about 6 months and it has held up beautifully to weekly washings and still looks new.

I got it in black and it was warm but my dog got hair all over it and it was super hard to get off so i threw it out

Beautiful coverlet! Very high quality. Was happy to see that my cat isn't able to snag the fabric with her claws.
