After only 3 months of use, the buttons are falling off, and the inner ties have frayed. This is very disappointing for a pretty expensive duvet. Not at all the quality I was expecting. And you are only able to refund for "damaged" for 30 days. Sure, it can last 30 days, what about 60? Poor company policy.
