Pretty pattern and color, but fabric was not what I expected- although the description did state cotton. My biggest issue was attempting return. The process was difficult and not straightforward. The amount of the refund was not even obvious. This will make me think twice about purchasing again.

Just the colors I've been looking for! Only ordered 1 sham to confirm it's what I like before ordered the remaining duvet and sham. Looks great with light grey walls and linen tufted headboard. I'm just not real happy with the $500 price tag for the Qu duvet cover, knowing I also have the cost of the down insert!! It's only cotton!

I think the colors from a digital image are rarely in appearance what they look like in reality. The only way to confirm the actual colors is to order it and see. In lieu of ordering the entire ensemble, I elected to order the sham only to make sure the colors work with my client's existing environment. It did not. I requested to return it promptly and in it's original condition and you are charging me a fee - I do not agree that a fee should be charged to return such a small item that doesn't meet expectations.
