Warranty Details 

Products that are being returned to us must leave your possession within 60 days of the date of receipt or delivery of your purchase. Products are not eligible for the 60-day guarantee if they have been monogrammed or have been damaged due to improper or unreasonable use. Custom-order products, including products with cut fabric yardage, are not eligible for the guarantee. All products returned pursuant to the 60-Day Guarantee are subject to return approval. Peacock Alley reserves the right to inspect and return products to the customer if they are not acceptable. Unaccepted returns will be shipped back with a letter stating our reason for denying the request.
