This is the perfect pillow regardless of how you prefer to sleep. It provides just enough support without being too firm and yet it feels soft. I have never slept better!

I did not like it. Pillow fabric is itself nice.. but filling material is too hard.. if you wanna sleep on your back, it gives you a headache.
