Good bed. Good support and delivery was great

I searched high and low for months to replace my 10 year old beautyrest. I decided to give Wayfair a try. I don’t regret the purchase but I didn’t like that both items came to me damaged. The mattress was completely wrapped and boxed beautifully, but upon opening it, had a huge rip in the covered plastic wrap and a huge dirt smear mark, the boxspring: had a medium tear on the side of it exposing completely exposing the inner frame, I was highly aggravated and concern on how Wayfair’s 3rd pard freight vendor damaged my mattress and boxspring during the delivery process. Once I reported the damage to Wayfair, the CSR rep ensured that the damaged items were replaced and resolved hence the 5 star rating. Overall, this mattress is super comfortable and I love the 16’ Ultra Plush Euro Pillowtop. I sleep like a rock now. It is exactly as pictured. Whatever direction I turn, the bed conforms to my body. I have a canopy bed so this sits high on my boxspring (also purchased from Wayfair to fit this mattress) but arrived damaged as stated above. I would definitely recommend this mattress. I hope anyone who orders this has a better experience with Wayfair’s 3rd party freight vendors in your area.

I love the new mattress! My husband is a back sleeper and I am a side sleeper. He is 6' and I'm 5'2". The weight diffference between the two of us is about 100 lbs. We both have had issues with pain every morning. We both have been having trouble with our old mattress. However, since we've had the new mattress, we have not had issues with waking up with pain. This mattress is very comfortable and luxurious. We have slept on it for almost a week now and have not have any issues. It is higher than I had expected. However, that just adds to the luxurious feel. The only issue now is we don't want to get out of bed because of how comfortable it is.
