New pillows are ALWAYS a gamble. This one is wonderful, straight out of the box. I fell in love on the first night. I'm a side sleeper, and it's perfect.

This pillow is perfect for my neck and I wake up feeling refreshed. I like the firmness which props up well when reading in bed. Also the pillow protector is a must have and will help keep it clean longer.

The came in fancy packaging. The fit was perfect and they felt very good on my skin. This is my second order of these sheets.

The pillow was very well-made. I bought it cause I am a side sleeper, but after a couple weeks, it was still too firm and too high to be comfortable. I returned it for the medium.
