The pillow was very well-made. I bought it cause I am a side sleeper, but after a couple weeks, it was still too firm and too high to be comfortable. I returned it for the medium.

The pillows are wonderful - EXCEPT for the strong odor. We washed the pillows according to direction, dried thoroughly, AND hung them outside in the sun for two days but the odor remains. We're waiting another week to see if the odor dissipates over time. If not, we will return them.
