It’s like underwear… we put off upgrading our pillows but we do our sheets. I got 4 king sized pillows for my bed. There are several choices for pillow type-firm, soft, etc. I recommend getting at least 1 of each type for your different sleeping positions. They are as advertised!

A firm pillow ordered but it was too thin and didn’t support my neck. Returned it the very next day and two weeks later I’m still waiting for my refund.

No support at all. In the store, I tried it, it felt more substantial but this provides no support. I need to return it but just need to find the time to do so. I purchased the medium. In the store the firm seemed too firm but who knows in reality.

Still super comfortable. I'm a side-sleeper and still feel my neck strain slightly when sleeping on the pillow. Also, the value is a little questionable, as well. I have a hard time justifying how much i spent on this pillow.
