No support at all. In the store, I tried it, it felt more substantial but this provides no support. I need to return it but just need to find the time to do so. I purchased the medium. In the store the firm seemed too firm but who knows in reality.

Still super comfortable. I'm a side-sleeper and still feel my neck strain slightly when sleeping on the pillow. Also, the value is a little questionable, as well. I have a hard time justifying how much i spent on this pillow.

I find this pillow to be a great size--too many are too large and if too filled, one's neck is strained! This pillow is HEAVEN. Correct size for me, and filled with just the softest and right amount of fill! So comfy. I need to buy another. I've been looking for great pillows (down mostly) and find now, they are just too filled and too firm, even the one's considered softest. THIS IS A WINNER!

I bought this based on a review in NYT. Yes, it feels pretty close to sleeping on a down pillow. The problem is: you can't shake it back into shape like you can down. So after 1 month's of nightly use, the middle of the pillow is lacking stuffing - it has shifted to the sides. This is in spite of trying to shake it back to even stuffing each morning. Too much money for the experience. I can get this with pillows at the half the price.
