I hope this works for me. At the moment it isn't on the second floor where it needs to be installed. Although I paid extra to have it taken upstairs, the movers wouldn't even entertain that bc of the weight. This is the only vanity that came with the countertop and sinks attached, making it very heavy. I should have refused delivery because now I may have to pay to ship back or take a chance of cracking the countertop if I try to move upstairs and into the bathroom. That is the 4stars. Because there is great customer service and followup with this company. And this in no way is a ding to the quality for the price. Just take note that it isn't in the descriptions of the vanities that countertops are or aren't shipped separate. I can only assume that with a 60inch they don't want to take a chance for breakage to ship in a separate box. This is a very sturdy, well made product. It came to us well packaged. The grey is on the darker side (see pictures), which is what I was looking for. The vanity looks great. Delivery was a failure. The service could not make the delivery to the room specified despite twice sending a team. They were unprepared and offered no solution. Terrible. Delayed several times and finally after nearly 3 weeks of waiting, it arrived-very damaged. Sink basin had been rolling around in the box with the vanity. Obviously sent us an Open Box item, when we ordered new. Paid way too much to accept the damaged item. Go to return or exchange and now that model is out of stock. Delivery people were friendly but didn’t have a clue as they rolled the box end over end instead of carrying upright or using a dolly. Trying to talk to customer service but they never called back. Uploaded pics of the damage and lack of packing quality. Very disappointed in Wayfair this time. Still wondering how they plan to correct. Update- let me be very clear that the five stars are for the people that corrected the above situation. *First, Jewel a Wayfair supervisor contacted me by phone and email throughout the week, updating me on the shipment of the replacement vanity. She was very kind and understanding and made notes to track all pertinent information to my case. Thank you Jewel! *Alex R is the driver for the delivery of my replacement vanity. We had in the records for them to deliver the replacement and pick up the damaged vanity in the same trip. Alex and his partner did not have that information. They were told only to deliver the new item. But Alex initiated a call to his supervisor and the supervisor gave them the green light to pick up the damaged vanity and corrected the situation. Thank you Alex and partner! All that said, and after waiting over a month for this vanity, Jewel and Alex made it happen. Wayfair — PLEASE train your drivers and delivery personnel to properly handle large merchandise. The arrows on the box are there for a reason so that the merchandise is safe and supported. ***The same thing almost happened again as these drivers had the large box up on end again. My husband told them to set it upright correctly and showed them the damage that had been done to the first vanity and basin. They then understood and righted it. The Quen vanity is a heavy, very solidly made vanity, with tons of storage space both in the 6 drawers and open cabinet areas. One feature that shows its quality craftmanship is that the vanity is painted inside and out, so that opening a door or drawer doesn't reveal a pine or MDF interior that makes the whole vanity look cheap. The storage and quality were the main reasons that I chose this vanity. Now that it's installed, I'm happy with everything except for the sinks -- they are surprisingly small for such a large vanity, and they're set back from the front edge and closer to the left & right sides. This has the plus that you end up with a large amount of central countertop space, but you have less sink area to work in and the placement forces the medicine cabinets/mirrors to the outside of the vanity. This is great if you need lots of counterspace (although that's why I wanted all the drawers), but it creates aesthetic and logistical challenges. Excellent quality and fits perfectly. I was looking for a soft white top so I ordered the feathered white as opposed to the arctic and was a bit surprised that it has gray accents. The web picture did not picture this detail. I would have gone with the arctic had I known. This was the last step and it would have been to difficult to switch it out.
