Beautiful tiles look amazing after installation. Had issues with broken tiles, occurred three times, which really delayed completion of my projection. Wayfair was great with sending out new ones, but they took several weeks to arrive and in one case arrived broken again. I would give 5 stars for the tile itself, but have had a terrible time with receiving broken tiles twice now. I ordered this particular tile in different shades of gray for each of my bathrooms and laundry room. Each time the delivery shows up, 1/2 of the tiles are broken. Then they are re-ordered, which takes about a month to come in. Don’t order this tile if you need it quickly. I love the design, but I was very disappointed to receive these tiles and have gotten the gray and white instead of the black and white. On the website there was a mix up between the pictures and colors, but I spoke to a representative who assured me that if I ordered the tiles labeled black and white, that it what i would receive. I was not very happy to come home to see a gray and white shower floor instead of a black and white shower floor. The Santorini 2”x3” Marble Novelty Mosaic Wall Tile are beautiful tiles. These tiles are very sturdy and perfect for my project. Delivery was very quick my only issue is even though the packaging seemed adequate some of the tiles arrived damaged. And only because of that I gave this product 4 stars instead of five. The broken tiles were replaced in a timely manner. CSR was very helpful in replacing the damaged tiles. Pricy but I will buy more of the same. Love the tile! Shipping, however, was a nightmare. First delivery, we had two boxes of six which were snapped in half and unusable. Customer Care was very helpful in getting replacements sent, but they promised the packages would ship via Fed-Ex or UPS instead of a freight carrier so they would be handled more carefully and - once again- the boxes arrived and one of them was cracked and all of the tiles were broken.
