This glass was perfect for my exact space! I did a self install and I'll say that you have to be extra careful with the corners, glass can still break just touching a hard surface in the corners so always have it resting on stacked cardboard before final placements.. I REALLY love these door and the hardware is so simple, elegant and understated. I would have given it 5 stars except I wasn’t able to get the size of the doors I needed. I have a standard 90 inch tub. But I couldn’t find doors that would fit correctly. The 3rd photo shows a big metal bar that my contractor had to go purchase and cut and then paint gold to look like the hardware. So now I have a frame on the left side but none on the right side as seen in the 4th photo. Thank goodness for my clever contractor.. Christine. Fair Haven, NJ. Wed Mar 23 2022

Choosing items for our bath renovation was a long, tedious process. Finding a fluted glass door for our shower was the hardest piece of all. Most vendors that sell these charge outrageous prices, or they didn't not have the configuration or brass finish and slider at the top that I was looking for. In the end, I decided to take a chance on the Galaxy brand and hope for the best. The door itself is gorgeous... the glass is thick and the quality is definitely there. I was enamored the minute that we got it out of the packaging. There is one issue that we had with the doors after install. The ribbing on the door that slides made contact with the guide as it slid, and it made a rattling noise. I think that if the rubbing continued to happen, over a period of time, the glass would have worn down in that spot. We contacted the manufacturer and they sent us a plastic sleeve for the bottom of the door to ensure the noise wouldn't occur. That solved it. I am giving 5 stars for the ease of install, price, and the quick resolution to the issue we had. We love the doors!. Maya Jade. Somerville, MA. Thu Jun 04 2026

Installed this in our shower with an opening of 40 1/2 inches wide. Fit was pretty good had to use a little more silicone on the glass wall section. In my case getting the door to swing without rubbing the bottom water guard was a bit of work. But when all said and done door looks great. Very satisfied, strong and sturdy. We have very hard water and it does get spots on the glass. But it does wipe off relatively easy. I would recommend this door to anyone.. Frank. Chico, CA. Sat May 24 2025

This frameless glass shower door saved us over a $1000. I needed it in a hurry, as much as I like to support local glass business we saved and really lucked out with this shower door. Customer service was great they worked with me to order the correct size for our door opening. Our opening was 29 1/4, we ordered a 28.75" x 78" door and it worked perfectly. Size was spot on once installed. Also the shower door comes with the clear plastic seal strips for the bottom and the open handle side of the glass door. Glass door looks fantastic was packaged well and delivered on time. Couldn't be happier with our purchase of the Albedo Fully Frameless Hinge Glass Shower Door. Matte Gold color looks great too!. Very easy to install and look great. The only thing I wish they would change is that they need to include everything to put up the doors when selling to individuals including the silicone, drill bits and glass gloves. These doors cost enough that they could put in the materials that would cost them less than 5.. Anonymous. Fri Feb 21 2025

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I dragged my feet for months on getting this put up I finally hired someone who installs these professionally and OHMYGOSH it makes such a difference in my remodeled bathroom. The simple fact of removing the shower curtain just opened up the look of the entire bathroom and allows more light to travel throughout the space. Adding this door has opened the space, making it brighter, look more polished, and is the finishing touch it needed to pull together my remodeled bathroom.. Texasmom. Austin, TX. Mon Apr 25 2022

Came fast and great customer service from the company. Only complaint is that it is a pretty green toned glass which I don’t think was made apparent in the description. Amber. North Bend, WA. Wed Apr 15 2026
