Pricey! Also, I was not aware these type floors will have to be acid washed, let dry, then we have had to purchase a sealer for the entire floor. Had I known that since the description did not lead me in that direction, these would not have been purchased. The sealer is $150. The floor was close to $1000 in a small remodel bathroom. Not again will I buy them. Nancy. Cookeville, TN. Fri Sep 29 2023

This town is very heavy and bigger than I really expected. It’s thicker than most tile, and has the consistency of stone. However, the design looks printed on. It doesn’t look painted. If it looked realistic, it wouldn’t be a problem, but it looks like it was printed on with printer paper or something. It’s even a little off-center. It’s really expensive, so I expected more. Luckily, since I just purchased the sample, I could see it before I decided to use it.. Anonymous. US. Sun Sep 04 2022

Villa Lagoon Tile's unglazed Moroccan Zellige provides a beautiful, rustic surface. No machine-made replica can match the rich and varied finish of these hand-crafted old-world tiles. These rectangular Bejmat tiles are thicker pavers, great for floors and patios, but still, light enough for well-constructed wall use. Professional installation is required.

I purchased the Moroccan handmade zellige tiles in the color ‘Oceanside’ from Wayfair for my bathroom floor, and I am thrilled with the result. The beautiful blue hue of the tiles, with plenty of variation, matches the name perfectly—it really does resemble deep blue water on the floor. The tiles arrived well-packaged, with only a few field pieces broken, which wasn’t a major issue. While there were some minor chips on the edges, using a similar color grout and cutting the edges made them blend in nicely, so they’re hardly noticeable. The tiles were also relatively easy to cut with a wet saw, which made the installation smoother. Overall, I absolutely love how my new bathroom floor turned out!”. Bian Bian. Long Beach, CA. many problems with the order. When I've got the tiles they were advertised at a much cheaper price. The box supposed to contain over 31 sf. at $1.66 sf Instead the box has 10.7 sf. so the price per sf is much higher. If you add shipping charges this tile is almost $6.00 per sf. which is too high for a plain, not so great subway tile. The tile finish also lacks quality (spots). This tile is intended for outdoor flooring (I research the tile in the manufacture site) Cheap outdoor tile that you can get in Spain for around 1 euro per square METER! which is way bigger than a square feet..
