Our toilet has worked flawlessly for 7+ years with a lot of daily use. I installed this toilet and noted it is a tad more difficult to install than a "standard" USA toilet. Any installation shortcut(s) and for sure there will be problems. Still remodeling and bath isn’t finished but the first toilet is in! Update: This toilet does not hold very much water in the bowl. Which leaves a mess in the toilet often (if you get what I'm saying). Asked my plumber if he could increase the amount of water in the bowl and he said he was not able to. I am cleaning these often. Toilet was damaged even after cleaning it and removing the grease the finish was damaged as it looks like the box rubbed against something. Had to move water line underneath toilet to install. Comfortable. Maybe a little large for a small bathroom but overall good. UPDATE: I have loved ALL my Wayfair purchases so I hate to add a negative review here...overall this toilet is good BUT when you go #2 almost always it leaves skid marks. I have to keep a brush by the toilet and brush it down every time. Quite annoying!!! My kids of course don't brush it so by the time I get there, it hardens and I have to scrub it.
