I am very happy with this vanity, sink, and countertop. I was a little disappointed in the fold down , full-length, cosmetic drawer (?). I had expected the container inside to be full-length, but it consists of two smaller containers with the space in the middle wasted. Also, this drawer (it really isn’t a drawer) does not open smoothly and easily. You have to tug. I oiled the hinges, so I’ll hoping that will help. I hope this works for me. At the moment it isn't on the second floor where it needs to be installed. Although I paid extra to have it taken upstairs, the movers wouldn't even entertain that bc of the weight. This is the only vanity that came with the countertop and sinks attached, making it very heavy. I should have refused delivery because now I may have to pay to ship back or take a chance of cracking the countertop if I try to move upstairs and into the bathroom. That is the 4stars. Because there is great customer service and followup with this company. And this in no way is a ding to the quality for the price. Just take note that it isn't in the descriptions of the vanities that countertops are or aren't shipped separate. I can only assume that with a 60inch they don't want to take a chance for breakage to ship in a separate box. The vanity looks great. Delivery was a failure. The service could not make the delivery to the room specified despite twice sending a team. They were unprepared and offered no solution. Received in a well packed original box. We opened it right away. Packaging is nice and really protective. Actually, you cannot open it without ripping everything off. So the vanity is well protected. Everything was intact as far as we can see. It looks great, nicely finished and the top was beautiful. Excellent quality and fits perfectly. I was looking for a soft white top so I ordered the feathered white as opposed to the arctic and was a bit surprised that it has gray accents. The web picture did not picture this detail. I would have gone with the arctic had I known. This was the last step and it would have been to difficult to switch it out. This wide double vanity set with mirrors has a glossy quartz surface for tons of glam style in your bathroom. Its freestanding base is crafted from solid poplar wood with a crisp, neutral finish. Haha. These had a different name when we bought them. That’s super suspect! For the most part the five of these we bought are great. The silver rectangular overflow piece on one has been discolored form day one, but we couldn’t bothered to send it back because of the nightmare we went through with the vanities we bought first and really wanted.
