I am very happy with this vanity, sink, and countertop. I was a little disappointed in the fold down , full-length, cosmetic drawer (?). I had expected the container inside to be full-length, but it consists of two smaller containers with the space in the middle wasted. Also, this drawer (it really isn’t a drawer) does not open smoothly and easily. You have to tug. I oiled the hinges, so I’ll hoping that will help. Received in a well packed original box. We opened it right away. Packaging is nice and really protective. Actually, you cannot open it without ripping everything off. So the vanity is well protected. Everything was intact as far as we can see. It looks great, nicely finished and the top was beautiful. The web picture did not picture this detail. I would have gone with the arctic had I known. This was the last step and it would have been to difficult to switch it out. The 36" Winnow Vanity arrived with sloppy finishing - what looked like caulk applied with a finger in the cabinet door corners, the excess never wiped or sanded, and then painted over. Vanity returned and another brought in its place, only to find similar cosmetic quality issues with this second vanity (dings in the body that were not filled before paint finish applied, etc. A third vanity was shipped and we were told to just keep the second, which I then donated to charity. All four of our bathrooms + powder room are outfitted with Kohler bathroom furniture and fixtures, so we never considered another brand for this addition. I should have ordered the vanity as soon as the framing started, because these quality issues cost us time, plumber had to be pushed back a month by the time this issue was resolved.. Morristownmom. This is a great product, built, very strong and beautiful in my new bathroom. I slightly modified installation by reinforcing the legs with a 5 in.² steel plate in each corner under the frame so the unit is partially supported by the legs as well as the wall installation.
