I would give 5 stars for the tile itself, but have had a terrible time with receiving broken tiles twice now. I ordered this particular tile in different shades of gray for each of my bathrooms and laundry room. Each time the delivery shows up, 1/2 of the tiles are broken. Then they are re-ordered, which takes about a month to come in. Don’t order this tile if you need it quickly. Love the tile! Shipping, however, was a nightmare. First delivery, we had two boxes of six which were snapped in half and unusable. Customer Care was very helpful in getting replacements sent, but they promised the packages would ship via Fed-Ex or UPS instead of a freight carrier so they would be handled more carefully and - once again- the boxes arrived and one of them was cracked and all of the tiles were broken.
