Received in a well packed original box. We opened it right away. Packaging is nice and really protective. Actually, you cannot open it without ripping everything off. So the vanity is well protected. Everything was intact as far as we can see. It looks great, nicely finished and the top was beautiful. Excellent quality and fits perfectly. I was looking for a soft white top so I ordered the feathered white as opposed to the arctic and was a bit surprised that it has gray accents. The web picture did not picture this detail. I would have gone with the arctic had I known. This was the last step and it would have been to difficult to switch it out. We purchased the 60" Damask Vanity four years ago and it arrived showroom-perfect! The 36" Winnow Vanity arrived with sloppy finishing - what looked like caulk applied with a finger in the cabinet door corners, the excess never wiped or sanded, and then painted over. Vanity returned and another brought in its place, only to find similar cosmetic quality issues with this second vanity (dings in the body that were not filled before paint finish applied, etc. A third vanity was shipped and we were told to just keep the second, which I then donated to charity. All four of our bathrooms + powder room are outfitted with Kohler bathroom furniture and fixtures, so we never considered another brand for this addition. I should have ordered the vanity as soon as the framing started, because these quality issues cost us time, plumber had to be pushed back a month by the time this issue was resolved.. Morristownmom. Preface this by saying that I have three of these vanities including tops. I LOVE the vanity but do not recommend the white top. The grey has a nice almost like concrete texture, very imperfect but nice the way it is. The white appears as though it has been heavily painted like as if someone wanted to change the color of the top at some point, no concrete texture and sort of 'thick'. The vanity itself is beautiful. Be advised that the clearance for the sink is very shallow so you will not be able to fit drain that closes, you will need to get a mesh drain.. Olivia. This is really unique and looks wonderful in our earthy and western style bathroom. However, before installation, they crack really easily. It took us 3 sinks to finally get one installed. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our Kohler - Hearthaven 24bathroom vanity cabinet with sink and quartz top has been a perfect fit and look for our half bath. It for great and is just the right size for a half bath. As always Kibler has delivered on the quality I have come to expect and the style and look has exceed my expectations. Installation was a bit tricky but not being a plumber and an average DIYer I still managed to get it done so don’t feel you can’t do it yourself. It provides good storage but it is only 24 inches so a few towels and some extra bath supplies is all you need to store hopefully. I would give the Kohler - Hearthaven 24" bathroom vanity cabinet with sink and quartz top two thumbs up and definitely recommend if you are in need a quality stylish vanity for your half bath..
