The mirror was delivered broken the first two times but Julian in customer services was amazing with prompt replacements. He offered consideration toward another type of medicine cabinet but never lost his attention to ensuring I received the perfect medicine cabinet matching the other items I had purchased in this line. Life happens, but customer service is a deliberate choice.
