Hands down still one of the best companies for Customer Service! We had an issue with some of the doors and needed replacements, the manufacturer was out 4-6 months for the doors so Perigold replaced the entire vanity. Beautiful vanity with some great features! The drawers and doors have soft close. Yes - you have to open the doors to access your drawers everyday but it’s worth it for me to hide all the junk! Door Hinges were slightly bent in shipment but replacements were sent quickly as well as the missing hardware to attach the sinks to the vanity - easy to order on the Wayfair app. The vanity top is interesting with striations in it that make it more beautiful than I realized when I picked it out (hard to see in the photo). The vanity itself is well made and impressive. I purchased the grey and love the color. Unfortunately when we opened the box containing the counter top and sinks one of the sinks had a big crack. The whole top is being replaced at no charge but I won't be getting it for another 3 weeks which has now put our remodel on hold and that is why I am rating it a 4. My advice to anyone purchasing a large vanity do it locally so it doesn't get damaged and you don't have to add a month on to your remodel. Fingers crossed the next one isn't cracked.. Constance.
