I absolutely love these tiles! They have such a beautiful vintage, French-inspired look and add so much character and charm to my spare bathroom. They are definitely distressed, so if you prefer everything to look clean and perfect, these probably arent for you. My mom actually thinks the grout looks dirty, but thats exactly the aged, textured look I was going for! I love how much warmth and personality they add to the space. The quality is great, but installation can be tricky with the little square pieces and spacing. Id recommend having some tiling experience before tackling these.. Danielle. CO. Sat Oct 10 2026

The tile is gorgeous! My one issue is that the sample I received did not have imperfections but then when I received the 75 square feet of tile there were 35% had an aging look perhaps that I don’t love. We tried to intermingle these ones so they are not as noticeable. The first picture is the sample I received, the second picture is a close up of one of the “aged” tiles and the final is the outdoor shower in progress.. Jeannine. Costa Mesa, CA. Wed May 20 2026

Villa Lagoon Tile's cement tiles are hand-crafted by master artisans using a process over 150 years old. The low-energy non-fired decorative tiles are produced from cement, mineral pigments, ground marble dust, and sand, then pressed and cured to produce one of the most beautiful surfaces on the market. The hand-made nature of cement tile means that no two tiles are alike, with color and pattern variations that give it a beauty similar to natural stone and hardwood surfaces. With proper sealant and care, cement tile makes a great durable surface for residential or commercial floors, walls, and creative uses indoors and outdoors. Pricey! Also, I was not aware these type floors will have to be acid washed, let dry, then we have had to purchase a sealer for the entire floor. Had I known that since the description did not lead me in that direction, these would not have been purchased. The sealer is $150. The floor was close to $1000 in a small remodel bathroom. Not again will I buy them. Nancy. Cookeville, TN. Fri Sep 29 2023
