This tile arrived and a box was full of broken tiles. I contacted Wayfair and they sent out more tiles right away and enough unbroken tiles for our project. The tile are really nice quality and will work perfectly for us. A box or two were not packaged well enough to overcome the shipping process. This was better in the final boxes shipped.. Mary. I loved this tile, and it looks fantastic on my bathroom floor and as additional inset in my kitchen. The tile is good quality, and the printing lends itself to the slightly distressed look very well. I got a decent mix of solid and patterned in each box. Nothing arrived chipped or damaged, and I would definitely buy this again. Two caveats: the first being, laying this tile should really be done by someone practiced however. Even with spacers it can be hard to get the distance between tiles set correctly, which invariably leads to uneven grout lines. Second caveat, returning any extra is essentially a no-go since shipping back is cost prohibitive. I'd really consider ordering this tile through a local hardware or flooring store OR ordering a lot less for your project and doing it as you go. It'll take longer, but way better than ending up with 3 extra boxes (like I did).. Jeanne. Hawthorne, CA. Wed Sep 10 2025

The tiles are beautiful, elegant, and ad class. The only reason they did not get five stars with the numerous cases that had to be sent to replace all the breakage unfortunately because it is a diamond pattern. The tips are prone to breaking while shipping. Wayfair was very courteous and replaced them immediately, but give yourself a timeline with remodel to allow for a lot of replacements. I had to replace four cases out of nine.. Eileen. Pembroke Pines, FL. Mon Nov 25 2024

This town is very heavy and bigger than I really expected. It’s thicker than most tile, and has the consistency of stone. However, the design looks printed on. It doesn’t look painted. If it looked realistic, it wouldn’t be a problem, but it looks like it was printed on with printer paper or something. It’s even a little off-center. It’s really expensive, so I expected more. Luckily, since I just purchased the sample, I could see it before I decided to use it.. Anonymous. US. Sun Sep 04 2022
