I am very happy with this vanity, sink, and countertop. I was a little disappointed in the fold down , full-length, cosmetic drawer (?). I had expected the container inside to be full-length, but it consists of two smaller containers with the space in the middle wasted. Also, this drawer (it really isn’t a drawer) does not open smoothly and easily. You have to tug. I oiled the hinges, so I’ll hoping that will help. The Freitas collection features a hidden pull-out drawer behind each pair of cabinet doors is truly the ideal combination of function and form allowing for full maximization of all the storage space in the cabinet. This vanity is constructed with a hardwood frame and dovetail drawer boxes to last and stand the test of time.

Good vanity, room for some minor improvements for functionality but options for this size are limited. Note that the base toe kick area does not go all the way through.
