I had the worst experience with Wayfair. The toilet came broken into pieces, and when I asked for refund, they asked me to return the broken toilet back to them and then wait for 3-5 days to get refunded. They also sent me the wrong bidet, a cheaper version compare to the one I purchased. I am frustrated because Wayfair said the toilet will get delivered the next day when I placed the order, but it ended up taking 2 weeks to delivery, and then I found out the toilet is broken into pieces and they sent the wrong bidet. And now they asked me to return everything and they have to approve my return before I can get refund...they make me go toilet-less for a month and kept my $2000! I will never buying anything from Wayfair anymore, because they sent me a cheaper alternative, a broken item, and they lied about the delivery time to trick you to buy things from them.. Fh. The toilet is not exactly what i thought i was getting, it’s not as a white, and i thought the handle to flush was suppose to be white too, not silver, and don’t seem to come with all the parts to connect it to the wall, will have to buy additional parts, also i thought it was higher than it really is, and not sure if it’s elongated, looks round instead. now however, i had the toilet since November of 24, n my house where it was delivered , still in the boxes, i only opened it to see what it looks like, but then came the Eaton Canyon Fire on January 7th, 2025 that destroyed my home totally and burned the New brand toilet along with the “ Over the Toilet Storage” i bought both at the same time, i called Wayfair, and they would not replace it, i went ahead and paid it off because i did not want to ruin my credit.
