These are gorgeous, and I absolutely love them! They kind of took forever to arrive, but they all came together and all in one piece. There were no broken tiles, not even any cracks, chips, or scratches. I’m very pleased and quite impressed considering they came in packing peanuts (I hate packing peanuts, but they worked). The shade ranges and colors are beautiful. I love the white base that incorporates several shades of grey. The photos are one of each color and from the same box. I hope it shows the various colors and shades of each. They are simply stunning and elegant and I love the matte finish. I was afraid I wouldn’t like that, but I do! My project may require more than what’s here but I have other ideas, such as making a bathroom countertop I hope I have enough for it! If not, I’m sure I can come up with something.. Nicole. You can switch things up a bit by opting for a herringbone, chevron or vertical bond style, and add a sense of energy and sophistication to a stove backsplash, shower niche or accent wall. Contrasting grout color will also create a more dramatic look, as a simple way to really make the tile pop! Whichever way you choose to install, our matte glass subway tile versatile tiles is a fail safe way to incorporate modern appeal and texture into your most-loved living spaces!

I absolutely love the rich color of these tiles and the sea glass like finish. The blue is not quite as bright in person, but it’s still pretty. They came well packed and separated for shipping but there still appears to be some scratches on them. I think that might just be a an unfortunate thing that goes along with this kind of finish. It does not hide any imperfections like a glossy finish does. I think it would also show soap scum and residue, especially in the darker Colors. It is definitely thick and of good quality overall though.. Carolyn. Wilmington, NC. Tue Apr 01 2025

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was very surprised to find out that these tiles are real marble and not that fake stuff you get at most stores. It's thick, heavy, has smooth clean cuts and a slightly rough back to help with adhesion. Unfortunately for me, some other projects came up and I had to put this one on hold temporarily, but I got the tiles at least arranged and rested 1 layer behind my stove to get an idea what it'll look like. Some will require cutting but i was already expecting that. I gotta say, I like the look even with 1 layer down and can't wait to see what it looks like fully installed! I was originally just going to do the oven backslash, but I feel like I'm gonna end up doing my entire kitchen wall with these. I wish I could rate the ease of installation but the quality, look, feel and the fact it's genuine marble is enough for me to give 5 stars.. Hasthisonebeenchose_8496. Fri Dec 06 2024

The Emery orange handmade glossy terracotta tile is a testament to the beauty of tradition. These elongated subway tiles are made with centuries-old techniques. They're handmade and twice-fired in a wood-burning kiln. Emery's rich, bold orange color and beautifully uneven surface can only be achieved through its genuine handmade production process. Investing in these tiles brings not just beauty into your home, but also a first-rate example of fine craftsmanship. The handcrafted tiles of the Emery collection are made using deliberately slow production techniques with each tile taking more than 30 days from start to finish. The patience shown by ceramics masters yields brilliant colors and artisanal surfaces. Made sustainably in Italy, this collection features subway formats, allowing you to mix and match for endless pattern and palette possibilities. The master ceramicists who create the Emery collection do so in a meticulous method that has been passed down for generations. The process begins with high-quality rock clay. Once purified, it is pressed into wooden molds and left to air dry for several weeks. Once dry, the clay is fired in a wood-burning kiln for 36 hours, glazed, and fired again for 20 more hours.

These tiles are gorgeous! The subtle variation in color gives the color depth.. Loreen. Chicago, IL. Sat May 21 2022
