I need your help. Have tried on many occasions to get in touch with ZLINE. To no avail just get a web site to go to. One of the parts to this shower kit is messed up. The thermostat controller does not work. It only does hot or cold. Not both. I need this piece replaced. Have paid a lot of money for this not to work. I have gotten two other plumbers to look at it and the whole controller needs to be replaced. Which means removing a wall behind the bad unit. 1,500.00. These parts are to have a life time guarantee. Please contact me. Please. Call me.
