The vanity is average, nothing special. I don't think it is worth the amount of money I paid. The top is nice. The bottom you can tell is not real wood. I was also surprised that the legs were plastic. One of the drawers slide nicely and the other needs to be adjusted.

poor quality drawers and drawer glides were loose. Cant close the drawers it interferes with the j trap in the plumbing, despite the top drawer already being cut down by the manufacture. Doesn't come with leveling feet so have to add your own and the legs ae plastic not metal.

It’s really hard to find a vanity that’s under 30 inches but bigger than 24 so this was perfect
