The sink looks beautiful. But there is a crack dividing it into two. The box was stable that it came in, but there was no Styrofoam, so naturally it was going to break. I cannot find how to get my money back.

Sink itself seems great. Looks as shown but no faucet holes. We have not yet installed it as we only received it 2 days ago. It took 4 months (16weeks) to receive this item, although the at order date was advised it would be delivered in 3-4. Over the past 4 months, I received a dozen or so emails advising me of another 4-6 week delay. As that delivery date got closer, another late delivery date was given. Very disappointing!

An overflow is a small hole in the back of the sink that prevents the sink from overflowing. When the sink is full of water, this hole allows air to circulate to the drain so the water can drain more quickly.
