Awesome bathtub! We really enjoy it! Perigold/Wayfair customer service is just amazing

Not at all what I was expecting based on the description of the "volcanic limestone" make up. While I understood from the video and description that it would be light weight, which is terrific, I also expected it to have a "luxurious" feel to it, similar to a quartz (which is also stone mixed with resin like the Englishcast this tub is supposed to be) but this feels like cheap plastic. Even the installers kept asking me if this is what I expected while they tapped on it and felt it, saying, it feels cheap and noting they've installed many free standing tubs from very heavy cast iron to porcelain and resins but none feeling this thin and plastic-like. I didn't dare tell them what I actually paid as it rivaled the cost of truly high end tubs. I would have returned it had I inspected it better immediately, but the remodel took longer then I expected, therefore, when I finally got to the tub and really examined it and moved it into the bathroom, I was hopelessly disappointed. Mad at myself for believing the description and review hype of this tub maker. And what a lesson learned in not inspecting it right away!

I really like this tub. It is a very good value.
