Excellent product! So good we even gifted one to a friend who had a stroke. Produces warm water for washing, does an excellent job.

PROSthe e-water premist, the deodorizer and the heated Seat energy saver functions worked as advertised…5 stars. CONSAt 1000 price point, there should be night light or back light on the remote control for night time use, the seat felt hollow. The seat cover surprisingly thin that when it is down, you can’t sit on it…it was not designed to be sat on…3 stars overall for this product at this price point.

I love it! Straight out the box, functioning perfectly! 

I love going to the toilet and the seats are heated. If you have a tank for your toilet, it is easy to install. Mine is tankless so it took some retrograde fitting to get it to work.
