Perigold went above and beyond what you'd expect these days. The first product did not operate although I didn't discover it until months after originally delivered - we hadn't installed it right away. Nonetheless, Perigold ordered a replacement and it was here in a matter of days. Couldn't be happier with their customer service!

It came in perfect condition. I installed it only to find out that the pressure line hose is too long and the suggested routing of the hose cannot be done. Therefore it protrudes out to the left and looks less than professional. We have a one piece Kohler toilet. If we keep it, and likely will, I will need to shorten the hose. The controls work well and perform as expected and wanted. The seat is not as comfortable as our Kohler seat, though the difference is not substantial. The up position of the cover is unattractive. We do like the unit and will likely keep it. It appears to be sturdy and well designed. Installation was relatively easy, excluding the hose connection.
