Great bidet by Toto. Lots of options and very easy to install.

We are very disappointed with the operation of the TOTO C2 Washlet, it does not clean things up as well as expected and even more disappointing is the fact that I cannot return one (I bought two) that is still in the box unopened. The mounting system is a little funky, the rubber captive hold down nuts do not seat well making it difficult to fasten down the mounting plate properly, I had to use the bolts from the old seat in order to make it work. I would suggest reading a lot of C2 reviews before making a purchase.

My husband is now converted and convinced that the Washlet is the best. He hates using “peasant toilets” now! ) I told him he’d love it, and now he’s a believer. We would not want to live without this….bougee as that may be! You will never go back to a regular seat.
