Unexplained delays in delivery. This purchase has been sitttng for more than a week at a Fed ex facility not too far from the delivery location. The initial expected delivery date was May 1st. I check tracking daily and the message keeps saying no delivery attempt made. I’ve called and spoken with customer service rwo tines. each time told I would receive a phone call and that my concern had been elevated but still waiting...

I thought the price was a little high, but now that I have been using it for some time. I understand. I love this toilet, I look forward to coming home and using my own toilet! I love the seat warmer, the night light, the auto lid function, the bidet of course, the settings. It is a great product!

I love the new sleek look and the fact that it has a bidet seat.....
