Tank lid was broken upon arrival. Packaging and boxing was poorly designed and looked like it had been opened and reassembled. This probably contributed to the shattered lid. Very disappointed.

Like We purchased 3 of these for a renovation. Love toto. This one uses less water and the tank is smaller. Nice lines. The tank top was broken on one and Wayfair said they would ship out a new one.
