We ordered two of these toilets; received both on time....No damage (packaged very well)...they work great (seriously you won’t be disappointed), and the install was very easy.

Nice quality, pretty decorative toilet, but hate the round toilet. I wish I bought the elongated one. Round just seems smaller than usual. However, Toto toilet work great, never clog.

Selected this toilet for its appearance and was very satisfied.

1st one delivered broken. Very happy with the ease of submitting a complaint - within just a few minutes I was told a replacement was being shipped and I received it in just a couple of days.
