This toilet was a great price and the exact one that I wanted for my daughter's bathroom. Unfortunately, it was shipped in two boxes. The tank arrived in great condition, but the bowl was in pieces. I contacted Wayfair right away (since my contractor needs to install the toilet as soon as the tile is complete) and they got back to me and said they will be sending out a replacement. Still waiting for the replacement, so I'm hoping that it will arrive soon and in one piece. Other than that, great customer service at a great price. One last thing: the Colonial White apparently is not as bright white as the Cotton. Make sure you know that prior to purchasing.

I bought this toilet for a master bath renovation at my previous home several years ago and liked it so well that I bought Toto toilets again for the renovations of two bathrooms in my new, antique house. These toilets work better with less water than the older ones that they replaced and are as attractive as a toilet can be. ;)

We purchased three of these toilets. One has a small flaw on the front of the tank. These toilets flush well and installed easily.

This toilet is MASSIVE. But very comfortable to sit on, especially with the contoured soft close seat added. It's flushes a LOT of water even at 1.6GPF. And when it flushes, it really sounds like it's doing a thorough job. THAT could be its biggest flaw however, it flushes very loudly. So much so that you can hear it throughout the house.
