I love this toilet! The set comes with everything you need and it arrived in perfect shape. It arrived in two separate BIG boxes so I'm certain the UPS dude hates me. The thing has massive suction and things go down without a moment's hesitation. I once had a plumber tell me that Toto brand toilets are the best you can buy. I always wanted one but they were so expensive that I didn't think I could afford it until I found this on Wayfair. I happened across it just as I was doing a bathroom remodel. Couldn't be happier.

Recommended by our plumber. Replaced 2 toilets in our house and are happy with them. Seats are a little cheaply made but the price was great.

Flushes good. The fill valve is really noisey. Tried reducing the flow, but that just prolonged the noise. Probably will ditch the Toto valve for a quieter one. And the tank is 2 inches from the wall - looks like they may have given me a 10" rough in instead of the 12" I ordered. Checked the box it came in and not a single label on it - could see how they could have mixed the bowls up! But the bottom line is it works better than the old low flush toilet which I had to flush 2 to 5 times to clear the bowl.
